NERF Bike Shield

I was hired to design and engineer a Nerf bike shield for Dynacraft.  This shield would be used to carry your Maverick Nerf Blaster on your BMX bike.  I was in charge of the design, engineering and to adhere to strict Hasbro Safety constraints.  Hasbro wanted to make it difficult for the user to open the locking cover with one hand.  So we designed a locking system that requires the child to use both hands at the same time to unlock it.
